All sales are final. No Refunds. In order to do an exchange you must first email email@example.com strictly within 10 days of receiving your item to notify us of your exchange/return. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no refunds or exchanges.
You will then be given further instructions on how to return / exchange your items.
If size is not available you will be given a credit to use online with no expiry. Jaymes swimwear is limited edition and cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. All items must have tags and liners in place, this includes size labels. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. If your suit comes back with no liners or size tags cut off you will not be given a refund or credit note, you will be given the option to pay for return postage. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We will process your return within 1-2 business days once received.
Jaymes Swimwear holds a NO WARRANTY policy. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs. Jaymes swimwear suits are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time.
If the Swimsuit is not what you expected you can exchange the item within 10 days for another swimsuit from either ranges. All items must have tags and liners in place. You will not be refunded, only a credit will be issued.
In the unlikely event the merchandise has faulty manufacturing within a 30 day period; you can return it within that period of 30 days to be fixed only. We will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. If you follow your care instructions you will not have these problems.
Jaymes Swimwear suits are constructed of the finest fabrics and trim that is extremely delicate in nature. While most suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as Sards soap). Lie flat or hang to dry. Care instructions are also on your tag in the swimsuit and swing tag.

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot refund or exchange bottoms for any reason, so please check our size guide and choose carefully. We are happy to exchange the tops for a credit note with no expiry, you can use this credit note storewide. Garments need to be in new condition as received with all tags in place. Please make sure you don't mark the garments with fake tan or oils, if we receive them back with marks your return will be denied. You will then need to pay for return postage.
Garments must be cold hand washed only, with a gentle soap. Garments that have been washed incorrectly and are damaged cannot be refunded.
Do not soak your garments too long, do not wash at a high heat and do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
Dry flat in shade.
