I’ve just made an order, now what?
Once you make an order you will receive a confirmation email with a status of “Awaiting Fulfilment”. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing the order. You will receive an email with tracking once its been sent. Please note if you've ordered a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
Can I change / cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed. If you need to change your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes all full price items excluding underwear can be returned for a store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your items. All sale items and underwear (due to hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be exchange or return. Jaymes offers store credits only. Exchanges will be given a store credit for the price of the garment so a new order can be placed online.
How do I return my order?
Step 1 – Email email@example.com with your order number.
Step 2 – Create an account online HERE.
Step 3 – Send back your return with registered post. To the following address 18/2 Hawker Street Currumbin Waters, QLD, 4223. Please include your original invoice/packing slip with a note on what you’d like to do.
Step 4 – Once we receive your return we will process your store credit within 1-2 business days. Your online account will be issued with a store credit so you can sign in anytime and make a new order. Don’t worry our store credits never expire.
Step 5 – Make a new order by signing into your online account, and enter your store credit code in the gift card / discount code section at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your item is shipped you will receive tracking details and can use that to track your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Australia - all orders are dispatched daily, Monday - Thursday. Order before 12am for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day (this excludes Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays). Please note during launches and sales there may a 1-5 business day delay in dispatching your order.
International - orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-15* business days to receive your parcel for express or 5-20* business days for standard. Please note during launches and sales there may a 1-5 business day delay in dispatching your order.
Where can I track my order?
All orders are sent with Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched you will receive the tracking number. All orders can be tracked through Australia Post HERE.
How do I care for my Bamboo? Gentle wash in cold water with similar colours. Opt for a wash bag if you gentle machine wash. This will ensure the elastic waistband doesn't get caught and tangled. We recommend hand washing all lace intimates.
Do you have a store front where I can try on?

What size should I order?
We understand that it’s not easy purchasing online. For this reason we have made a size guide which you can view HERE. All pieces are standard sizing unless advised on the item description. If we recommend that you size up or down for a particular style, you'll find this written in the product description.

Does Jaymes deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. For orders going to DUBAI you must provide a PO BOX for us to send you. For all other countries we cannot send to PO Boxes. For more information on shipping, please click HERE.

What do I do if I receive my item faulty, or it isn’t what I ordered?
All of our styles are made with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that you Jaymes are sent to you faulty or if you receive the wrong order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo evidence for us to determine what has gone wrong.
