Please note: no exchanges / returns during our Black Friday Sale.

Returns Policy:

At Jaymes, we want you to absolutely love your pieces. Please choose carefully, as all Jaymes products are non-refundable for change of mind.
For hygiene reasons and in line with national health regulations, we’re unable to accept exchanges or returns on underwear (panties) that have been opened, worn, or tried on.

We’re happy to offer a store credit (with no expiry) for eligible exchanges. If you’d like to request an exchange or believe your product may be faulty, please contact us at customerservice@jaymes.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order.
Once your return reaches us, we’ll process it within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

  • Items purchased during Black Friday or marked final sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty.
  • All returning items must have their original tags, size labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs and shipping fees for any new purchase.

Damages & Faults

In the rare event you experience a fault with your Jaymes piece, please email customerservice@jaymes.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order.
Kindly include photos of the fault and confirmation that the item has remained unworn, this helps our team assess and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Please note, we’re unable to replace or refund products for natural wear and tear such as colour fading, pilling, fabric pulling, loss of elasticity, fabric thinning in high friction zones or colour running, as these can occur if care instructions aren’t followed.

With the right care, your Jaymes pieces will stay beautiful for many years to come.

Care Instructions

  • Gentle Wash always in cold water, mild detergent and wash with similar colours.
  • Jaymes Wash Bag for protection to avoid the tangling and pulling of delicate panties and clothing.
  • Warning Harsh detergents, tumble drying and coming in contact with friction or velcro can cause the soft Bamboo to pill. 
  • Hand Wash all delicate lace in cold water or use a Jaymes Wash Bag on a gentle cycle to preserve the lace trims and maintain their delicate quality.

By following these care tips, you'll ensure that your Bamboo stays comfortable & beautiful for longer.
