We offer AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS shipping 1-2 business days* flat rate $10 AUD
Free express shipping on all orders $200+ 
Local pick up : Free at our Currumbin HQ. This option is currently unavailable due to lockdown restrictions in NSW.

  • If the driver is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office
  • If you don’t have a safe spot for Australia Post to deliver to, we highly recommend selecting the signature on delivery option as we are not responsible for theft / stolen packages

DHL EXPRESS shipping is not applied to some countries, standard shipping will automatically be applied to your order at checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer DHL standard shipping 7-30 business days* flat rate $15 AUD on selected countries

  • If you are not home to receive your parcel, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office. You will need to contact them with your tracking number that starts with LX or RX on the right hand side of the DHL tracking page.
  • Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order
  • The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to Jaymes Swimwear marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Jaymes does not offer free shipping back to the customer in this instance.

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.
  • In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 
  • Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. 
  • The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items.
