  • Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/article once it has been delivered.
  • If the driver is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office.
  • If you don’t have a safe spot for Australia Post to deliver to, we highly recommend selecting the signature on delivery option as we are not responsible for theft / stolen packages.
  • You can track your order online through with your tracking number sent to you via email.  
  • If your package hasn't arrived please check your mail box for a slip to pick your item up from the nearest post office. 
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. We are not responsible for any late deliveries or loss/ damage due to error from Australia Post or customer entered information.


Most shipments are currently on time however, due to COVID 19 some shipments are experiencing delays that are out of our control, we apologise for the inconvenience this may cause & thank you for your patience.

  • If you are not home to receive your parcel they will leave a slip in the mailbox for you to pick up your parcel from your local post office.
  • Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
  • In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 
  • Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. 
  • The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items.
  • The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to Jaymes Swimwear marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Jaymes does not offer free shipping back to the customer in this instance.
