If the driver is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office.

All orders are dispatched daily, Monday - Thursday. Order before 11am for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day (this excludes Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).  

INTERNATIONAL

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer Australia Post Express shipping 3-7 business days* price calculated at checkout per zone. Available on selected countries.

Express shipping is not applied to some countries, standard shipping will automatically be applied to your order at checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer Australia Post Standard shipping 5-20 business days* price calculated at checkout per zone.

If you are not home to receive your parcel, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office. 

All International orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Please note during launches and sales there may a 1 - 5 business day delay in dispatching your order.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

  • Jaymes is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
  • Jaymes is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages, once it has safely left our warehouse. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an enquiry.
  • The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to Jaymes marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Jaymes does not offer free shipping back to the customer in this instance.
  • We recommend using the express service if you need your order as soon as possible. 
  • In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
