Bamboo is a naturally renewable resource, no pesticides, minimal water, 100% biodegradable. Jaymes Bamboo fibre is processed in a closed loop system where 99% of the chemicals are recycled.

Our story

Born from a girl's dream, reshaped by motherhood.

Jaymes was founded in 2009 by Jamie Allen, a girl with a passion for femininity, quality, and making women feel truly seen. What started as an exclusive swimwear label quickly earned a devoted following of women who lived for every limited-edition collection. Made in Australia. Designed with intention.

But it was becoming a mother that changed everything.

"After having a baby for the first time, I just wanted to feel myself again - sexy, confident, and comfortable in my new body."

After the birth of her first child, Jamie spent a year battling recurring infections and vaginal health struggles. She tried everything. Nothing was working, until she realised it was her synthetic underwear causing it. She discovered bamboo, Breathable, moisture wicking and naturally antibacterial. But the bamboo underwear available was anything but cute.

"I didn't want daggy, unflattering bamboo underwear. I wanted something romantic, feminine, and kind to my body."

So she did what she'd always done, she designed it herself. Taking Jaymes' signature flattering silhouettes and producing them in the softest organic bamboo. Under Jaymes was born, and with it, a rebrand to Jaymes Australia. A brand built at the intersection of intimacy, wellness, and effortless femininity.
