POSITION : Warehouse assistant & Customer service angel

Location : Currumbin Waters, QLD 4223 - Casual 2-3 days with the opportunity to grow to permanent part-time and more hours. 

THE ROLE 

As part of the stock & packing role, you’ll be responsible for packing our local pick up & online orders with love & care. Attention to production details & awareness upon customer orders and emails. At Jaymes, customer service is up-most priority with above & beyond detail & care to provide a service that reflects Jaymes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Fulfilment – Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Stock Management – Assist with stock organisation, inventory counts, and replenishment.
• Warehouse Support – Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly.
• Quality Control – Ensure all orders are packed securely and meet brand presentation standards.
• System & Process Support – Use platforms like Shopify, StarShipIT to track orders and update inventory.
• Process Improvement – Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline warehouse operations.
• Customer service emails - Exchange process from start to finish

ABOUT YOU / EXPERIENCE

•Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfilment role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail – you take pride in getting orders right.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude – you enjoy working in a small team environment.
• Good organisational skills – you can manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
• Ability to lift and move stock – this is a physical role that requires some manual handling.
• Tech-savviness – experience using Shopify, StarShipIT, or inventory management systems is a bonus.
• Familiar with Jaymes would be a bonus!
• Comfortable & confident in front of a camera to join in with team content.
