Express shipping time-frames apply once your order has been shipped, not from the day the order was placed.

RETURNS:
For eligible returns we offer a store credit (with no expiry) or an exchange. Please note we don't offer refunds for change of mind. In line with the national health regulations for hygiene, we're unable to accept exchanges or returns on underwear (panties) that have been opened or tried on.
