Where is Jaymes Swimwear made?

Jaymes Swimwear is proudly Australian made, in limited edition. Our fabrics, swing tags, printing and accessories are all sourced from Australian companies. We use high quality Italian lycra fabrics, loved for their beautiful feel on skin. Our prints are all original, either hand-drawn or photographed personally by our designer, Jamie Allen. All designs begin as an original sketch by Jamie Allen, which is then created into a unique piece right here in Australia. Our styles have been hand-crafted, trialed and thoroughly tested over the years to best fit our customers with quality as the key focus.

 

SIZING

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We understand that it’s not easy buying swimwear online. For this reason we have made a size guide which you can view HERE.

All pieces are standard sizing unless advised on the item description. If we recommend that you size up or down for a particular bikini, you'll find this written in the product description.

As a rule of thumb with our swimwear, if you like more coverage - go up a size. Most of our tops tie at the back so you can allow for a bigger or smaller bust, or a narrow or wider chest. We know that every girl needs to be able to adjust their swimsuit to fit them perfectly.

In each product listing we provide the model's measurements and bikini size worn for your reference.

We usually bring out the same Jaymes styles each collection, allowing you to get familiar with your favourite cut and size for future collections.

Our swimsuits fit from an A-cup, to a 10G-cup (depending on the style). This will be written in the product description.

SHIPPING

When will my order arrive?

Australia

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched on the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for express. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please note during launches and sales there may be a delay in dispatching your order. Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/article once it has been marked as delivered. It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe address for Jaymes swimwear to send to. The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to Jaymes Swimwear marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Jaymes Swimwear does not offer free re-shipping to the customer.  

International Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-15* business days to receive your parcel for standard post or 1-3* business days for express. Please note during launches and sales there may be a delay in dispatching your order. You can track your item through https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/ you will receive a tracking number directly from DHL when your parcel is sent. If you are not home to receive your parcel they will leave a slip in the mailbox for you to pick up at your local post office. Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international orders. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to Jaymes Swimwear marked as unclaimed or incorrect address and does not offer free shipping back to the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Does Jaymes deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping is FREE for orders over $200, or a flat rate of $15 for standard international shipping. For express shipping prices, please refer to the section below. We send all international parcels via DHL for either the standard or express option. Our express option isn’t available in all countries. For orders going to DUBAI you must provide a PO BOX for us to send to. For all other countries we cannot send to PO Boxes. For more information on shipping, please click HERE.

How much does shipping cost?

Australia
- $12 Express (1-2 business days). This may take 3-4 days for orders going to WA.
- Express shipping is FREE when you spend $200+

International
- $15 flat rate standard shipping 5-10* business days
- $25 express to New Zealand 1-3* business days
- $30 express to USA and Canada 1-3* business days
- $40 express to the rest of the world 2-4* business days
- Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $200+ AUD

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.

How do I track my item?

Australian orders 
All orders are sent with Australia post. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order through this link https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

International 
All orders are sent via DHL ecommerce standard delivery and DHL express. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. If you can’t track your order through the email sent to you, click the below links and enter your tracking number.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES 

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. No Refunds. In order to do an exchange, you must first email customerservice@jaymes.com.au strictly within 10 days of receiving your item to notify us of your exchange/return. You will then be given instructions on how to return / exchange. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no refunds or exchanges are available. We are also unable to accept returns on Under Jaymes bottoms due to legal health and hygiene obligations.

Jaymes Swimwear offers store credits only. Exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment to re-purchase your chosen items by placing a new order online. No further coupon codes or discounts can be applied with an exchange.

Jaymes Swimwear is limited edition and therefore cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. All items must have tags and liners in place, this includes size labels. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. If your suit comes back with no liners or size tags cut off you will not be given a refund or credit note, you will be given the option to pay for return postage. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will process your return within 1-2 business days once received. Please send your order back with registered post as Jaymes Swimwear is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.

Step 3 – Send back your return with registered post in case of loss to the address provided in the email. Please include your original invoice/packing slip with a note on what you’d like to do.
Step 4 – Once we receive your return we will process your store credit within 1-2 business days. Your online account will be issued with a store credit so you can sign in anytime and make a new order.
Step 5 – Make a new order by signing into your online account, and enter your store credit code in the gift card / discount code section at checkout.

What do I do if I receive my item faulty, or it isn’t what I ordered?

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear/intimates are sent to you faulty or if you receive the wrong order please email us at customerservice@jaymes.com.au  with photo evidence for us to determine what has gone wrong. Please send back with registered post to our supplied address, you will be refunded for shipping charges once we receive them and they will be sent back to you free of charge.

Exchanges/Returns Policy

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot refund or exchange bottoms for any reason, so please check our size guide and choose carefully. We are happy to exchange the tops for a store credit with no expiry, which you can use storewide. Garments need to be in new condition as received with all tags in place. Please make sure you don't mark the garments with fake tan or oils, if we receive them back with marks your return will be denied. You will then need to pay for return postage.

ORDERS

Where do I enter a discount code?

You can enter the discount code in step 1 of your checkout on the right-hand side of the page.

I’ve just made an order, now what?

Once you make an order and pay via PayPal, AfterPay or credit card you will receive a confirmation email with a status of “Awaiting Fulfilment”. This means that your order is waiting for us to pack and dispatch it. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing the order. You will receive an email with tracking once its been sent. Please note if you've ordered a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available for packing.

How can I contact you?

The fastest way to contact us is by sending an email to customerservice@jaymes.com.au. Our customer service team works 8am-4pm AEST Monday – Friday and will get back to you as soon as they can.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest or you can create an account. The benefit of creating an account is that next time you will be able to sign into your account and your shipping & billing addresses will be automatically added, as well as being able to review past orders. We do require you to make an account for returns / exchanges so that we can give you a store credit once we process your return.

What payment methods does Jaymes accept?

Australian customers 
- AfterPay is available with a minimum spend of $100. 
- Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard or Amex. 
- PayPal - You can check out as a guest with PayPal if you don’t have an account. 
- Bank Transfer is available but not instant. Our bank details are shown on your order confirmation page at checkout for you to make your payment. Your order will be dispatched 1-2 business days from when we receive payment. Please note - your order will be cancelled if we don’t receive payment or proof of payment within 48 hours of placing your order.

International customers 
- Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
- PayPal - You can check out as a guest with PayPal if you don’t have an account.

Due to the high volume of emails and messages we get every day regarding Promotions, Collaborations, Modelling Applications, etc we cannot always reply to all emails. If we are interested in the email you send to us we will reply asap. We are always open minded to linking up with models, photographers and companies who we believe share a similar style and outlook as we do.
