THE ROLE - Marketing Manager

We are looking for a detailed marketing expert, who's both a strategic thinker and a creative heart-led leader who thrives in a small team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social Media Management – Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, tik tok ) including content creation, posting daily, writing copy - captions and scheduling for the grid and IG stories. Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and by managing the Facebook group. 

• Content Creation & Editing – Plan and create visual content and reels - including BTS and office shoots. Edit imagery and video for use across social media, email and website. Understand the brand’s aesthetics, values, and messaging to create aligned content.

• Photoshoot Production – Creative concepts, collaborate with the team to manage pre- and post-shoot logistics, including shoot planning, eComm image selection, editing imagery. 

• Promotional Calendar Management – Work with the team to build and manage a promotional calendar tied to product launches, key promotional dates and brand campaigns.

• Email Marketing – Create and schedule weekly engaging EDMs that align with product drops and brand campaigns. 

• Campaigns & Launches – Develop and execute seasonal and product-based marketing campaigns across social, email, and web.

• Analytics & Reporting – Track and report performance across socials, website, and email. Use data to optimize strategy.

• Customer Insights – Collect and analyse feedback through reviews, comments, and community channels to better understand audience needs and inform marketing decisions.

• Trend Research – Stay up-to-date on IG/TikTok trends, competitive brand activity and bring fresh content ideas to the team.

• Paid Media Support – Work with team, align organic and paid strategies, and help build ad creatives

ABOUT YOU / EXPERIENCE 

• 1-2 years experience in marketing within e-commerce, fashion and/or retail.
• Creative & confident to be in front of the camera
• Above & beyond communicator
• Detailed, strategic and organised, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and channels.
• A team player who thrives in a small team environment and brings a positive can-do attitude.
• Familiar with sustainable fashion/lifestyle brands and aesthetics
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experienced with Klaviyo
