A Full Moon Reformer Session with Millie Jackson

Some nights just have a different energy to them and Friday 28th August was one of them. Under a blooming full moon, the NBHD HOT girlies gathered at the Palm Beach studio for an evening that was equal parts sweat, socialising, and a very special surprise, courtesy of Jaymes Bamboo.

There's something undeniably fitting about a full moon Pilates session  a little extra energy in the room, a little more intention behind every movement. Leading the class was the incredible Millie Jackson, whose instruction brought exactly the right mix of challenge and calm to the room. Millie has a way of making a pilates workout feel less like a workout and more like a full reset, pushing the room while keeping the energy warm, social, and unmistakably NBHD HOT.

By the end of the session, the studio was glowing (literally and figuratively) full moon energy, shared effort, and that particular kind of post-Pilates high that only a room full of like minded women can create.

Workout done, the evening shifted gears. The NBHD HOT girlies stayed on for treats and wine, turning what started as a fitness session into a proper night of connection.
